Our Story
In 1982, when Indore was a quieter city, a small family-run restaurant opened its doors at Khatiwala Tank. There was no grand plan — just a simple belief that food cooked with love would always find an audience. That little restaurant was Pishori.
Forty-four years later, that belief holds truer than ever. Three generations of families have grown up eating here. The same smoky aroma of our clay tandoor fills the air, the same warmth greets you at the door, and the same dedication goes into every plate.
From our legendary Butter Chicken to the sizzling platters that arrive at your table with theatrical flair, every dish at Pishori is a labour of love. Our kitchen team, many of whom have been with us for decades, treat every order like it's for their own family.
